Barkdoku: Dog Logic Puzzle

Developer: Proxgame · Draft updated: October 30, 2026
Effective date: to be set when the final policy is published.

01. Scope and developer

This Privacy Policy explains how Proxgame (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in connection with Barkdoku: Dog Logic Puzzle (the “App”) for Android and related support requests.

The App is intended for users over the age of 13. It does not provide account registration or sign-in and does not use Firebase Authentication. Advertising, analytics, crash reporting, and purchases can still involve data processing even without an account.

02. Information processed

Advertising information

The App collects and shares Device IDs / Advertising ID, including the Google Advertising ID (GAID) on Android when available, and Approximate Location / IP Address with integrated advertising providers. IP addresses may be used to infer approximate location, such as country, region, or city; this is distinct from precise GPS coordinates. Advertising SDKs may also process ad interactions, device information, and diagnostic information. These data are used for App Functionality, including reliable operation and fraud prevention; Analytics, including usage and advertising measurement; and Advertising & Marketing, including delivery of relevant advertisements and personalization where permitted and subject to applicable consent requirements. Availability of identifiers and the extent of processing depend on device settings, region, privacy choices, and SDK configuration.

Usage and analytics information

The App uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the App is used. Information may include app interactions and events, session information, app-instance identifiers, device model, operating system, app version, language, and approximate geographic information. The precise events collected depend on the App’s implementation and service settings.

Crash and diagnostic information

Firebase Crashlytics processes crash reports and related diagnostic information, such as installation identifiers, device and operating system information, app version, timestamps, stack traces, and technical logs, to help identify and fix problems.

Purchase information

Purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. The App may process product identifiers, purchase tokens, transaction status, and entitlement information needed to verify and deliver purchases. Google handles payment details under its own privacy policy; Proxgame does not receive your full payment card number through Google Play Billing.

Information you send to support

If you email us, we receive your email address, the content of your message, and any attachments you choose to send. Please do not send passwords, verification codes, or complete payment card details.

Implementation detail to finalize: identify any saved game data and whether it stays on the device or is stored remotely, plus any custom analytics events, crash-log fields, additional SDKs, or sensitive Android permissions used by the released App.

03. How information is used

  • Operate the App and provide its features.
  • Verify purchases and provide purchased content or entitlements.
  • Understand usage, improve gameplay, and resolve technical problems.
  • Deliver and measure advertisements and prevent fraud or abuse.
  • Respond to support and privacy requests.
  • Meet applicable legal obligations and protect rights and security.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing must rely on the basis appropriate to the activity, such as providing a requested service, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests balanced against your rights, or consent. Using the App does not by itself replace consent where separate consent is required.

04. Advertising and privacy choices

Google AdMob and third-party mediation partners, including Pangle, Unity Ads, InMobi, and ironSource, supply advertisements in the App. Whether ads are personalized depends on the actual advertising configuration, your region, applicable age restrictions, and consent where required. Non-personalized ads can still involve data processing for delivery, frequency management, reporting, and fraud prevention.

You can manage or delete your advertising ID through Android’s advertising or privacy settings, where supported. Available settings vary by Android version and device. Changing an advertising ID does not automatically delete information previously processed.

The App currently does not include an in-app privacy-options control. You can contact us with questions about advertising data or privacy choices.

Before release, verify the ad-personalization configuration and the consent mechanism required in the countries where the App is offered. Add an accessible way to revisit consent where required; this policy does not implement that functionality.

05. Third-Party Services & Ad Networks

The App integrates Google AdMob and third-party advertising mediation partners. Through their SDKs, these services collect and receive device and advertising identifiers, IP addresses, and approximate location inferred from IP addresses for the purposes described above, subject to applicable privacy choices. Their respective privacy policies describe their data practices and privacy controls.

Information is processed by the following services for their respective functions:

Information may also be disclosed where necessary to comply with valid legal requirements, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud, or support a business transfer subject to applicable safeguards and notices.

The providers’ own policies describe their processing. Sharing data with advertising services can have specific legal meanings under regional privacy laws; those obligations depend on the actual advertising setup.

06. Google Play purchases

In-app purchases are handled by Google Play Billing. Google may independently retain transaction information for payment processing, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. For payment methods, purchase history, refunds, and any subscriptions offered, use the relevant Google Play controls and policies.

Removing the App or requesting deletion of data from Proxgame does not automatically erase Google’s transaction records or cancel a subscription, if applicable.

07. Retention and deletion

Information should be kept only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including support, purchase verification, security, and applicable legal obligations. Retention varies by the data type, service settings, and provider requirements.

Analytics and diagnostic data are subject to the applicable service retention settings and deletion processes. Support correspondence may need to be retained to resolve your request or related disputes. Records subject to legal retention requirements may be kept for the applicable period.

Retention details still to finalize: actual Analytics settings; retention for support messages, purchase records, saved games, and backups, where present; and the expected timeframe for completing deletion requests. No specific deletion deadline has been confirmed.

08. Requesting deletion of data

The App has no user accounts, so there is no account to close and no account-deletion button. You can request deletion of personal information held by Proxgame by emailing longnpdevmobile@gmail.com with the subject “Barkdoku – Data deletion request”.

Describe the information you want deleted, such as a support conversation, and provide enough information to locate it. Do not send passwords or payment card details. We may request proportionate information to verify your request. Without an account, we may be unable to associate SDK-generated identifiers or diagnostic records with a particular person; we will explain any relevant limitation.

Information identifiable to you and under our control will be handled in accordance with applicable deletion rights and legal exceptions. Data processed independently by Google is also subject to Google’s controls and policies.

For data stored only on your device, Android’s app storage controls can remove local app data. Clearing app data or uninstalling the App does not itself request deletion of remotely held information.

09. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; or complain to a competent data protection authority. These rights may be subject to conditions and exceptions.

Contact us at the email address below to exercise a right. Requests will be handled within applicable legal timeframes. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

You can manage Android permissions through your device settings. System permissions and advertising-ID controls do not necessarily stop every form of analytics, advertising, or diagnostic processing.

10. Data Security

All data transmitted through the App’s advertising SDKs, including Google AdMob and its integrated mediation partners, is encrypted in transit using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS protocols. This encryption helps protect information against unauthorized interception during transmission.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed. If a security incident occurs, applicable legal notification and response requirements will be followed.

11. Children and age eligibility

Barkdoku: Dog Logic Puzzle is intended for users over the age of 13 and is not directed to children aged 13 or younger. Where local law requires a higher age or parental authorization for particular data processing, those requirements also apply.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information to us contrary to this policy, contact us at longnpdevmobile@gmail.com. We will review the situation and take appropriate action, including deleting identifiable information under our control where required.

12. International processing and external links

Google and other relevant service providers may process information outside your country of residence. Applicable transfer safeguards depend on the provider, processing location, and legal requirements. See the linked provider policies for details about their international processing.

External websites and services operate under their own privacy policies. This policy describes the App and related Proxgame support, rather than every activity on those external services.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the App, its service providers, or data practices change. The updated policy will show its effective date. Material changes will be communicated, and additional consent obtained, where required by applicable law.
